Initial Consultation - $75.00/hr.

Discuss potential cases and needs with an attorney.  

*First 30 minutes free 

Case Merit Review - $125/hr.

Medical record review and analysis. Includes a verbal or written opinion of the merits of the case and next-step recommendations 

Case Review - $125/hr. 

Includes fact summary report and chronology or timeline as applicable.  

Organize and condense medical records based on specific criteria related to suit.  

Identify missing documentation. 

Identify failure to adhere to standards of care or evidence of neglect 

Optional: 

Medical illustrations, educational power points, and detailed definitions to assist the attorney and legal team. 

Locating of Expert Witness - $300 one-time fee

If an additional expert is needed outside of my specialty, I will help you locate a physician or nurse who can help you. 

 Expert Witness - $250/hr. (Travel not included)

Available for expert testimony in court proceedings as a highly qualified registered nurse with 15 years of experience in pre-op, operating room, and post-anesthesia care unit. Currently working on a specialized trauma surgical team in a level 1 trauma hospital. 

Deposition Assistance & Trial Preparation Assistance - $250/hr. (Travel not included)

Unparalleled expertise in assisting the legal team with my extensive medical experience and knowledge. Unbiased and objective assessments of information. Assistance in simplifying complex medical language and concepts. Conduct research and effectively communicate it.   

General Retainer for Expert Witness Services - Customary Initial Retainer/Advance Payment: $1,000 

The retainer/advance payment fee will be paid upon professional service retention per expert witness case. Billings for work completed will be debited against the retainer/advance payment. Once the retainer/advance payment amount has been exhausted, an invoice will be sent monthly until the case is completed. If there is any unused portion of the retainer, it will be refunded once all work is completed. All work hours completed will be documented and can be provided on request. 

Preparation will begin once the retainer is received. 

Payment Policy  

All outstanding bills are due within 4 weeks of completion of the case. A 2% late fee will be assessed if not paid within 60 days, and a 2% late fee will continue to be assessed every 60 days thereafter until it is paid in full. The invoice will be sent to a collection agency if full payment is not received in 90 days.
